Madan Kumar has extensive experience in retail operations, holding significant leadership roles since 1999. Currently serving as General Manager of Retail Operations at LuLu Group International since June 2015, Madan oversees a large turnover and a team of managers to ensure operational excellence and profitability. Prior roles include Regional Operations Manager at Heritage Foods Limited, where responsibilities included managing revenue and inventory control, and Sr Manager at Bharti Walmart, where Madan successfully increased store turnover significantly. Additionally, experience includes managing multiple store operations at The Nilgiri Dairy Farm Pvt. Ltd., Trinethra Super Retail Ltd., and corporate sales at Fabmall India Pvt. Ltd. Madan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Thiruvalluvar University and a Diploma in Systems Management from Aptech Limited.
