Thomas Bridges has a diverse work experience. Thomas started their career in 2012 as the President of Town Hall Commons HOA. In the same year, they also worked as a Medical Records Custodian at Wake Internal Medicine Consultants, Inc. From 2015 onwards, they joined Lulu Press, Inc. and held multiple roles including Customer Voice Associate, Customer Voice Team Lead, and currently, they serve as the Customer Voice Manager for the US region.

Thomas Bridges completed their Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia in the years 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from East Carolina University, which they studied from 2009 to 2014.
