Ashley Lutz

Ashley Lutz is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry with a strong background in operations management and guest service. Currently serving as Team Lead at lululemon since October 2020, Ashley oversees the daily operations of the Guest Education Centre and manages a team of educators across Canada. Previous experience includes a role as Rooms Operations Manager at Marriott International, focusing on supporting hotel operations across various markets, and a six-year tenure at Delta Hotels and Resorts®, where financial performance and guest experiences were prioritized. Early career achievements include directing campaigns and social programming for Niagara College's Student Administrative Council and providing exceptional service as a waitress. Ashley holds a Hotel and Restaurant Diploma from Niagara College and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Carleton University.
