Balash Akbari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software architecture and quality engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Architect in Quality Engineering at lululemon since February 2024, Balash has defined critical company-wide KPIs and designed ETL processes for Quality Engineering data integration. As the founder of The Quality of Things Software LTD. since January 2012, Balash specializes in generative AI application, quality metrics tracking, and performance optimization. Previous roles include a Performance Testing & Automation Architect at Teck Resources Limited, and various consulting positions at Electronic Arts, CARDFREE, BCAA, lululemon athletica, HSBC, CA Technologies, and HootSuite Media Inc., where Balash developed and implemented test automation frameworks and strategies. Balash's educational background includes a Computer Science Technology degree from Simon Fraser University and studies at Langara College.
