Cody Johnson

Cody Johnson currently serves as the Store Manager at lululemon since October 2024. Prior experience includes co-founding Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communication Honor Society, from 2018 to 2019, aimed at fostering community and professional growth among communications students. Johnson worked as a Lab Manager at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from June 2016 to July 2018, where responsibilities included compiling and verifying data for academic research. Previous roles at H&M spanned from November 2021 to January 2023, where Johnson advanced to Store Manager, overseeing key performance indicators and business strategies, and also held positions as Flagship Store Manager, Department Manager, and Supervisor, effectively managing operations and achieving revenue targets. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completed in 2019.
