Stephanie Rea

Stephanie Rea is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in store management and consumer insights. Currently serving as the General Store Manager at Vuori since September 2022, Stephanie has previously held various leadership roles at Deckers Brands from August 2014 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing stock room operations, developing teams, and analyzing business trends. Prior experience includes serving as Store Manager at PVH and VF Corporation, where Stephanie focused on team development and operational excellence. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Arizona and two Master's degrees in Human Services and Business Administration from Ashford University.
