Derrell Chapman

Derrell Chapman is a Strategy and Operations Technology leader specializing in Technical Program Management and Technology Strategy. Currently serving as the Global Director of Enterprise Technology PMO and Operations at Lululemon, Derrell previously held the position of Director at Nike's Global Technology Organization. They also served as Chief of Staff to the COO at Highmark Wholecare Blue Cross Blue Shield, where they supported operational improvements and led initiatives, such as the COVID-19 vaccination task force. With a background in developing medical devices in Western Africa, Derrell garnered recognition from notable institutions, including John Hopkins University and MIT. Derrell holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Philosophy from The University of Michigan.
