Erin Pan

Erin Pan is a seasoned professional in sustainability and renewable energy management, currently serving as the Senior Vendor Renewable Energy Manager at lululemon since May 2025. Prior to this role, Erin worked at Enel X as a Senior Manager and Senior Sustainability Consultant, assisting global Fortune 100 companies in the APAC region with sustainability strategies, including net-zero targets and decarbonization roadmaps. Erin also held the position of Program Manager at the Rock Environment and Energy Institute, where significant energy efficiency projects were implemented in hospitals. As a Co-Founder and Co-Director of SustainED Group, Erin developed educational programs aimed at empowering future sustainability leaders. Erin's involvement with NEXT Canada marks recognition as a pioneering impact-driven organization. Educationally, Erin holds a Master of Public Health in Occupational and Environmental Health and an H.BSc in Environment and Toxicology, both from the University of Toronto.
