Jesi Small is a footwear design professional with extensive experience in the industry. They have served as Director of Advanced Concepts for Footwear at lululemon since 2023 and previously held several key positions at Nike from 2017 to 2021, including Footwear Design Lead for Airmax. Jesi was also a Footwear Designer at both Columbia Sportswear and American Sporting Goods, contributing significantly to various projects. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as a Footwear Design Intern at Salomon and worked as an Industrial Design Freelancer.
