Joelle Kong

Joelle Kong is an accomplished professional in the field of Human Resources and Talent Management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of People & Culture at lululemon since February 2023, Joelle previously held the position of Talent Director for Southeast Asia and Oceania at SEPHORA from October 2021 to February 2023. With extensive experience in leading HR initiatives, Joelle worked as the HR & Talent Director for Southeast Asia at LVMH from July 2018 to October 2021. Prior roles include HR Director for Asia (including China, Japan, and South Korea) at Merlin Entertainments plc, as well as HR Manager for Singapore and Malaysia, and HR Advisor - Group & Corporate. Joelle holds a Master’s degree in Economics & Strategic Human Resource Management from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a BA (Hons) in Economics and Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde.
