Joy Wong

Joy Wong is currently the Senior Director of Business Planning & Operations at lululemon, where they lead Strategy, Transformation, Data Science & Analytics, and Sustainability for the APAC region. Previously, Joy held several key positions, including Director of Strategy & Corporate Initiatives at The Estée Lauder Companies and Manager of Corporate Strategy at PVH Corp. Joy's early career includes roles as a Brand Management & Strategy Analyst at Volkswagen Group China and an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Macquarie Group. Joy completed their BA/BCom in Accounting and Chinese at Monash University and has pursued studies at notable institutions including Harvard University and National Taiwan University.
