Kami Tilmann

Kami Tilmann is an experienced leader in People Analytics and Data Science, currently serving as Director of People Analytics at lululemon since January 2023. Previously, Kami held the position of Head of Data Science & People Analytics at Snap Inc., where responsibilities encompassed developing the People Analytics data infrastructure and managing a comprehensive analytics team. Significant achievements at Snap include expanding the People Analytics function by 400%, establishing a DEI analytics framework, and supporting strategic initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior roles include Manager of Workforce Reporting & Analytics at Activision and HR Analyst positions at SpaceX, along with earlier leadership roles in community support and therapeutic settings. Kami holds a PhD in International Psychology and multiple master's degrees in psychology and counseling, complemented by a bachelor's degree in psychology and a BS in biochemistry.
