Mandy Bhullar

Mandy Bhullar is an experienced professional specializing in inclusion, diversity, equity, and action (IDEA) in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of IDEA, Employee Relations & Compliance at Lululemon since March 2020. In this capacity, Mandy leads a team focused on implementing systemic changes across the organization, including global DEI strategies and inclusive design initiatives.
