Mike Seaton

Mike Seaton has an extensive background in human resources and people management, with significant experience in leadership roles across various organizations. At lululemon, from December 2013 to October 2022, Mike served as Senior Director People & Culture for the EMEA region, and previously as Director People & Culture. Prior to that, Mike was a Business Partner for three markets at Apple from July 2012 to November 2013. Mike's career also includes key HR positions at Starbucks, where Mike worked as Head of HR - Retail and Regional HR Business Partner, and at McDonald's Corporation as Regional HR Manager and Operations Consultant. Education includes a Post Graduate Diploma and a CIPD accredited Post Graduate Certificate in HR Management from Nottingham Trent University.
