Moumita Chakraborty

Moumita Chakraborty is an experienced professional in the field of instructional design and training management, currently serving as the Manager of Product Training and Training Lead at lululemon since December 2019, where transformative learning solutions have benefited approximately 800 employees across North America and Asia Pacific. Prior to lululemon, Moumita served as the Operations Learning and Development Specialist at Raymond James, effectively managing training for a team of over 150 individuals. Additional experience includes roles as an Instructional Designer at Innovatia and Ritchie Bros., as well as a Senior Instructional Designer at Progress Software, where project management and stakeholder coordination were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology.
