Olivia Lange is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and business development across multiple industries. Currently serving as COO of MIRROR and Vice President of Membership for lululemon, Olivia leads a team of over 120, focusing on growth marketing, partnerships, and member experience. Previously, Olivia held various leadership roles at MIRROR, including VP of Operations and New Business, where significant revenue expansion and team growth were achieved. Prior to this, experience at Away and The Boston Consulting Group contributed to expertise in retail and consulting, recognized with top rankings in the associate class. Olivia holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Science, Technology and Society from Stanford University, paired with foundational education at The Hotchkiss School.
