Patty Stapp

Patty Stapp is the Senior Vice President of Raw Materials and Product Sustainability at lululemon, a role they began in 2023 after serving as Vice President of Raw Materials from 2018 to 2023. With extensive experience in material development and sourcing, Patty has a strong track record of commercializing innovative materials for performance footwear and apparel. Previously, Patty held significant positions at The North Face, including Sr. Materials Manager and Director of Materials, where they developed groundbreaking materials and led initiatives for sustainability and efficiency. Patty is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Clothing and Textiles Merchandising at the University of North Texas and has completed an Executive Education program at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
