Ramon Ibarra Gavinio

Ramon Ibarra Gavinio has over 19 years of experience in sales and operations planning, currently serving as Director of Sales & Operations Planning at lululemon since October 2014, following a tenure as Senior Manager in the same field. Prior to this, Ramon worked at Best Buy Canada from May 2002 to October 2014, where roles included Senior Manager of Inventory Capability, responsible for overall inventory performance management, and Inventory Analyst/Senior Inventory Analyst, focusing on purchase forecasting and inventory health. Ramon began his career as an Inventory Coordinator on a contract basis, providing support in administrative tasks. Ramon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Joint Major in Business and Computer Science from Simon Fraser University, completed in 2001.
