Ricky Hendry is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Vice President of Men's Design at lululemon since July 2024. Previously, Ricky held significant leadership roles at Nike, including Global Senior Creative Director for Men's Performance Apparel, where oversight included Nike Men's Running, Fitness, Basketball, and Global Football, and Senior Creative Director for NSW Men's Sportswear, managing a $6B+ global apparel business. As a co-founder and Creative Director of ISAORA from 2009 to 2016, Ricky launched an innovative brand in the high-end technical sportswear market. Additional experience includes serving as Design Director at LVMH, overseeing the Edun men's collection rebranding, and Head of Menswear at Theory. Ricky holds a Master’s Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Domus Academy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion + Textiles from Liverpool John Moores University.
