Tam Nguyen

Tam Nguyen is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in quality development and operations, particularly within the apparel industry. Currently serving as the Quality Development & Operations Lead at lululemon since September 2015, Tam manages accessories quality development programs, co-creates testing protocols, and leads internal quality projects to ensure product integrity and compliance. Previous experience includes a role as a Quality Developer at lululemon, where responsibilities encompassed risk assessment and collaboration with technical teams. Prior to that, Tam worked as a Product Developer at Roots, focusing on apparel for the Asian market, and held positions as a Server at Spring Rolls Restaurant, a Packaging Designer at Tetra Pak, and a Graphic Designer at Cao Dong Printing. Educational qualifications include studies at George Brown College and OCAD University.
