Natali Sutherland Grayson

Natali Sutherland Grayson has an extensive work experience in the field of production and management. Natali currently holds the position of Director of Production at Lulus, a role they started in February 2023. Prior to that, Natali worked at FabFitFun, where they served as a Senior Production Manager from December 2021 to February 2023, and as a Production Manager from January 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining FabFitFun, Natali gained valuable experience at Gap Inc. in various roles. From April 2019 to January 2021, they worked as a Production Manager, overseeing production processes. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Production Manager, Licensing and Third Party at Banana Republic from April 2018 to April 2019. Additionally, Natali worked as an Associate Production Manager at Janie & Jack from April 2016 to March 2018.

Natali started their career as a Volunteer Support at the Volunteer Center of the East Bay from April 2015 to January 2016. Natali then worked at Ted Baker as a Production Coordinator from June 2012 to February 2015, and as a Product Development Assistant at Burberry from March 2011 to June 2012.

Natali Sutherland Grayson completed their education at the University of Wales from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Contemporary Textile Practice with a focus on Apparel and Textiles. Prior to that, they pursued a foundation degree in Design and Applied Arts at Birmingham City University from 2002 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Natali also obtained certifications in Project Management Simplified and Supply Chain Foundations from LinkedIn in August 2020.
