Alexandra Suarez-Carlo is a seasoned expert in human-centered innovation and strategic planning, with extensive experience across various organizations. As the founder of Lateral Strategy since February 2015, Alexandra has focused on helping impact-driven organizations grow through insights and innovation processes. Alexandra also serves as a Human Centered Design Trainer at LUMA Institute and as a Community Partner for LATAM at Synecticsworld, Inc, both roles emphasizing creativity and collaboration. Additionally, Alexandra is a Board of Trustees Member and Core Faculty at the Creative Education Foundation, dedicated to transforming organizations through creative problem-solving methodologies. Previous roles include Strategic Planning Director at ARCO Publicidad, Brand Planning & Research Director at JWT, and Director of Syndicated Research at Gaither International. Alexandra holds a BS in Hospitality Industry & Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, an MBA in Marketing & Consumer Behavior from Esade, a Business Scaling degree from Babson College, and has participated in the Leader Creative Problem Solving Institute.
