Silvina de Brum is a co-founder of Personas, a User Research and Service Design studio in Uruguay, specializing in qualitative research across South America and the United States since April 2020. Silvina serves as a Human-Centered Design Instructor at LUMA Institute, offering workshops and coaching globally since January 2016. Prior to these roles, Silvina operated as a self-employed UX Designer and Researcher and held the position of Senior Associate Consultant at CPA Innovation, where user research methodologies were implemented.
