Jacob Nikolajczyk

Jacob Nikolajczyk is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Solutions Engineer at Lumafield, Jacob previously held the position of Sr. Product Development Engineer at Verdox, where responsibilities included managing design and development operations for electro-chemical carbon capture systems and mentoring junior engineers. Prior to that, Jacob worked as an Applications Engineer at Morgan Advanced Materials, leading projects for medical product development and successfully introducing over 40 new products that generated significant revenue. Jacob also has experience as an NPI Project Manager and has contributed to research in acoustic metamaterials during time spent at Boston University. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
