Philip Horváth is a Partner at Luman, where they have been since 2014. Prior to that, they served as Principal and Chief Innovation Officer at INos from 2010 to 2014. There, they developed Cultural Operating Systems for Innovation. From 2004 to 2013, Philip was an independent consultant, serving as both a PMO lead and Senior Architect for Navint Consulting. There, they focused on the integration of people, processes, and systems for Fortune 500 companies undergoing mergers, acquisitions, and global restructuring. In 2002, Philip became IT Manager/Consultant at ZLB Bioplasma, where they oversaw all aspects of Information Technology and optimized the CRM system and call center support. From 2000 to 2001, they were Principal at Nextera. And from 1997 to 2000, Philip was a Strategic Change Consultant at DePaul University.
Philip Horváth has a Masters in Transformational Psychology from the University of Philosophical Research and a BSC in Organizational Development and Design from DePaul University.
