Bryan Dix has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Bryan began their career at DataPrint/Copy Center as a Desktop Publisher from 1994 to 1996. Bryan then joined Reliable Envelope and Graphics, Inc. as the Head Mac Operator in the Prepress Department, where they modernized the department and developed skills in desktop publishing.

In 2001, Bryan worked as a self-employed Co-Owner at CW Design, providing design and printing services to local businesses. Bryan then transitioned to working at Thomson PDR as a Senior Electronic Publishing Designer, collaborating with the editorial team to design medical-related publications and implementing a coding process to automate formatting.

From 2006 to 2015, Bryan held various roles at RedWorks, Ogilvy CommonHealth WorldWide, including Studio Manager, Senior Production Artist, and Studio Manager for Altum. Bryan oversaw operations, workflow, and quality control for multiple divisions and brands.

In 2015, Bryan joined Cella Consulting as the Print Design and Production Lead at Toys"R"Us, managing a team and assisting in the start-up of an in-house agency model. At Cella Consulting, they also served as the Operations Lead at Novartis Creative Media & Print, responsible for resourcing and implementing operational best practices.

From 2017 to 2022, Bryan worked at Cyan Health, a Lumanity business, in various roles such as Studio and Resource Manager, Art & Production Manager, Group Supervisor Art & Studio, and Creative Director. Bryan developed creative graphics, managed projects, and built creative asset repositories while aligning work with brand standards.

Most recently, Bryan joined Lumanity as the Creative Art Director in 2022 and was promoted to the role of VP, Senior Creative Director Art in 2023.

Bryan Dix has a diverse education history that includes training in culinary management, computer graphics, and graphic communications. In 2016 to 2017, they completed a Diploma Program in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager at the Institute of Culinary Education. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1999, Bryan earned an Associates degree in Computer Graphics from Bergen Community College. Bryan also holds a Diploma and Shop Certificate in Graphic Communications, which they obtained from Bergen County Vocational High School between 1991 and 1995. Additionally, Bryan has a certification in ServSafe, although the institution and exact completion date are unknown.
