Catherine Debrosse

Catherine DeBrosse has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific and medical writing. Catherine is currently working as an Associate Scientific Director at Lumanity since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Medical Writer at Cello Health from 2021 to 2022 and at The Curry Rockefeller Group, LLC from 2020 to 2021. Catherine also worked at ICON plc (formerly Complete Healthcare Communications) as a Senior Medical Writer from 2019 to 2020 and as a Medical Writer from 2017 to 2019.

Before transitioning into medical writing, Catherine was involved in academic research. Catherine worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania from 2017 to 2017 and completed their PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics at the same institution from 2011 to 2017. Their doctoral research focused on the development and implementation of imaging agents for in vivo imaging of metabolic processes. Additionally, Catherine gained experience as an Intern at Cephalon in 2009 and as a Research Assistant in Physics at Temple University in 2008.

Catherine DeBrosse obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biophysics from Temple University in 2010. Catherine then pursued further studies at the University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2017, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics.
