Lina Zhong

Lina Zhong currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lumanity since June 2023. Previously, Lina held the position of Human Resources Manager at Putnam Associates from 2017 to April 2023, where comprehensive HR functions and strategies were developed for a consulting firm with over 300 employees across the US and UK. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator at CRISPR Therapeutics from 2015 to 2017, contributing to significant company growth and implementing recruitment and onboarding programs. Lina holds a Master of Arts in World History from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from UCLA.
