Melissa K. Brunckhorst PhD CMPP is an experienced medical communications professional currently serving as Vice President of Medical Services for US Communications at Lumanity. Previously, Melissa held the same title at Cello Health prior to its rebranding as Lumanity. Melissa's extensive background includes roles as Senior Scientific Director, Scientific Director, and Associate Scientific Director at MedErgy, as well as various positions at Mount Sinai School of Medicine while pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Sciences with a focus on oncology. Research expertise encompasses tumor biology, angiogenesis, and preclinical drug validation, with significant hands-on experience in innovative laboratory techniques.
