Richard Lee has extensive work experience as a Creative Director, Digital Design Director, and Head of Digital Design. Richard has worked at various companies such as Lumanity, Salt Thinking, Hamilton-Brown, Frontera, McCann Health, Sudler & Hennessey, Gravity Thinking, SThree, Macmillan Cancer Support, and RAC. Richard's most recent role is as a Creative Director at Lumanity, starting in July 2021. Prior to that, they held positions such as Digital Lead at Salt Thinking, Digital Design Director at Hamilton-Brown, and Creative Director at Frontera. Richard's experience spans from 2004 to the present.

Richard Lee began their education in 1997 at West Herts College, where they pursued a National Diploma in Graphic Design. Richard attended this college until 1999, at which point they moved on to the University for the Creative Arts. From 1999 to 2002, Richard studied Visual Communications and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree.
