Stephen B. has extensive experience as an attorney, currently managing a private legal and consulting practice since 2007, focusing on IT, e-Discovery, and civil litigation services. As Outside Counsel for Lumar, Stephen advises on commercial agreements and privacy matters, supporting operations in the U.S. and EMEA. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Senior Member at 5D Techlaw, Commercial Counsel at Plaid and Twilio, and General Counsel at Innovapptive Inc, where Stephen negotiated a range of agreements and facilitated global market expansions.
