Jack McGrady is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leading product development, strategy, and market growth across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of New & Emerging Markets at Lumary since August 2020, Jack supports the US organization and spearheads growth in new segments. Previously, Jack held multiple leadership roles at Lumary, including Vice President & General Manager, where the focus was on the ABA industry, and Vice President of Product and Customer Experience, overseeing global product initiatives. With a strong background in project management gained from positions at Flight Centre Travel Group and Unifrax I LLC, Jack has effectively managed significant projects, including ERP and CRM implementations, while also developing standardized project methodologies. Jack holds a BSc in Information Systems Management from the University of Chester.
