Jackie Hough

Jackie Hough serves as the Executive Vice President at LumaSmart, a position held since August 2023, where responsibilities include acting as Controller/CFO during a staffing transition and overseeing HR and finance functions. Prior to this role, Jackie spent over four years as Human Resources Director at LumaSmart Technologies International, focusing on HR management, compliance with employment laws, and employee incentive programs. Early career experience includes branch management at Comerica Bank, overseeing hiring and training. Jackie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development from Oakland University.
