Mike Barros

Mike Barros is the current CEO at Lumaverse Technologies. Mike has over 20 years of experience in strategy and management consulting and has held various positions in sales and business development.

Barros started their career at PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS ADVISORY in 1990 as a Director. Mike then moved to OpenText in 2000, where they were VP of Sales and Business Development. In 2009, they were part of the team that acquired Artesia Digital Media Group.

In 2011, Barros left OpenText to join Cisco as their Global Director. Mike then moved to JackBe in 2012, where they served as Chief Revenue Officer. In 2013, they were part of the team that was acquired by Software AG.

Barros joined Community Brands in 2014 as President of their Education Brands. Mike left Community Brands in 2018 to become the CEO of Lumaverse Technologies.

Mike Barros has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Management and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
