Karen Whittingham

Dr. Karen Whittingham serves as the Director at Impact Psychology Pty. Ltd. since January 2006, specializing in executive onboarding, coaching, mentoring, training, strategy development, and performance management for diverse high-profile ASX-listed companies, government departments, and leading non-profit organizations. In addition to their role at Impact Psychology, Dr. Whittingham has been a Lecturer and Course Coordinator at the University of New South Wales since November 2011, teaching Organizational Psychology courses, and previously held lecturer and tutor positions at the University of Wollongong and the University of Sydney. Dr. Whittingham's extensive experience also includes significant roles at TAFE NSW, the Australian National Training Authority, and various sales positions, complemented by a strong academic background with a PhD in Neuroscience—Psychology from the University of Sydney and multiple degrees from reputable institutions.
