Darcey Leonard

Darcey Leonard possesses extensive experience in compliance and management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Compliance at LL Flooring since February 2014, with previous roles including Manager and Analyst/Senior Analyst within the Global Compliance division. Prior to LL Flooring, Darcey held positions at The Design Group and worked as a Studio Manager in Wedding Photography from 2006 to 2011. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Workflow Analyst/Developer at MassHousing and as a Marketing Coordinator at Provant, Inc. Darcey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Area Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
