Jack Phipps has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jack is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology at LMC, where they lead the IT department and is responsible for enhancing internal systems and extending technology capabilities for stockholder companies. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Digital Health at Recovery Centers of America, where they played a crucial role in the design, development, and overall digital transformation of the patient and staff experience.
Before that, Jack held various leadership positions at U.S. Cellular, starting as a Product Development Manager and eventually rising to the position of Vice President, Enterprise Portfolio and Program Management. In this role, they managed the creation and execution of transformative programs and projects worth over $90 million annually. Jack also served as the Senior Director of Product & Innovation, Director of Product Strategy & Development, and Director of Business Development during their tenure at U.S. Cellular.
Prior to their time at U.S. Cellular, Jack worked as a Senior Consultant at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they were responsible for system creation and release in the Financial Services Division. Jack also worked as a Consultant at Accenture, specializing in Communications/High-Tech and Government market units.

Jack Phipps completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Jack attended the university from 1995 to 2000. Following that, Jack pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management of Technology from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Jack attended UC Berkeley from 2005 to 2007.
