Jen B. has extensive experience in customer experience and support operations across various industries. Currently serving as the CX Team Lead for Mando under Lume Deodorant since November 2022, Jen B. has played a pivotal role in building the customer experience function from the ground up. Prior to this, Jen B. worked as a CX Specialist at Oats Overnight, where responsibilities included managing operations and supporting Amazon CX initiatives. Jen B.'s background also includes leadership experience at AT&T, where mentoring and coaching were central to the role during the transition to virtual call centers.
