Paul is a co-founder of Lumeda and leads business development and strategic partnering activities. He has over 35 years of photonics industry experience in technical, product management and business development roles. Paul has a successful track record in the development and commercialization of optical components and sensing system products with industry leaders including 3M, JDSU, CiDRA Corporation and Weatherford. He is a co-founder of QOREX which he helped build until it was sold to a strategic acquirer in 2012. Paul has a BS in Chemistry and has 38 issued patents and 40 published technical papers and trade articles. He was a team member of the R&D Award (1991 and 1992) and Photonics Circle of Excellence Award and is a member of the Optical Society of America (OSA).
