Aditya R.M

Aditya R.M has a diverse work experience in product design and UX/UI design. They started their career at Cintana Technologies in 2018 as a UX/UI Designer, where they worked on the Boonbox Champ app, focusing on design requirements and usability for rural users. After that, they joined Visual BI Solutions in the same year and took on the role of UX/UI Designer. During their time there, they were responsible for all UX/UI requirements, designing and delivering over 120 screens for the BI Hub web and mobile app. They continued in this role until 2021 when they joined Lumel as a Product Designer. Later, they were promoted to Senior Product Designer and are currently holding this position.

Aditya R.M pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ST.JOSEPH'S INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade at ZION in 2013 and their 10th grade at SRI VATSA VISHVANATHAN VIVEKANANDA VIDYALAYA JUNIOR COLLEGE in 2011.

Additionally, Aditya R.M has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they received a certificate in Mobile User Experience (UX) Design with a Top 10% Distinction from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF). In 2019, they achieved a distinction for Conducting Usability Testing, as well as a certificate in Information Visualization, both from the IDF. In the same year, they also obtained a distinction in Web Design for Usability and a membership certificate from the IDF. Furthermore, in 2018, they completed RPA Implementation Methodology Training and RPA Awareness Training, both from UiPath.
