Brian Finrow

CEO & Co-Founder at Lumen Bioscience

Brian Finrow is the CEO and Co-Founder of Lumen Bioscience. Prior to Lumen, they served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp from January 2014 to December 2017. During their time at Adaptive, Brian led corporate development and legal affairs, including IP strategy, privacy, corporate governance, debt and equity fundraising, strategic corporate development, M&A, and legal and regulatory compliance matters. Brian was also a key leader in several major corporate events, including a $100M equity financing (Dec. 2014), $220MM cash/stock acquisition of Sequenta, Inc. (Jan 2015), $200MM equity financing (May 2015), long-term translational research collaboration with Pfizer, Inc. (Dec. 2015), and the launch of Adaptive Therapeutics (Spring 2016).

Brian Finrow graduated from Harding University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Brian then attended Harvard Law School, where they earned their Juris Doctor degree. Brian also has a certification from the FAA in Private Pilot.
