Suganthi Jeganathan

Suganthi Jeganathan is a seasoned technical recruiter currently serving as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Lumen Energy since March 2022 and as a Recruiting Consultant for The Mobility House since January 2021. Previous experience includes roles such as Bereavement Leave from October 2021 to January 2022, Operations Manager at Mariposa Gardening & Design Cooperative from August 2020 to November 2020, and various recruiting positions at companies including Metromile, Kiva, and Facebook. Suganthi has a diverse background in recruiting for engineering and technical roles, as well as experience in live and recorded vocal performances with local artists at notable venues in the Bay Area. Educational pursuits include a degree in Ayurvedic Health Counseling from Mount Madonna Institute, following studies at Pacific Lutheran University from 1998 to 2000.
