Tom Ramar

Tom Ramar possesses extensive experience in sales, business development, and leadership within various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Sales at Lumen Global since September 2023, Tom develops sales strategies targeting private equity firms while fostering a collaborative team culture. Previously, Tom held roles such as Vice President of Sales at Nucleaus™, Chief Operating Officer at Bamboo Technologies, and Global Vice President of Sales at H3 Dynamics Holdings. Additionally, Tom has served as a Board Member in Leadership Veteran at VFW Post 1 since 2017, contributing to the development of leaders in nonprofit veteran services. Tom's military background includes service as a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy Reserve, with a focus on cryptologic, cybersecurity, and information warfare operations. Tom holds an MBA in Strategy & Organizational Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and has additional military education from the U.S. Naval War College.
