Jen Mulhern is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources and administrative support. Currently, Jen serves as the Founder and HR Consultant at Lumen HR and is an Advice Line Volunteer for Pregnant Then Screwed. Previous positions include Head of Client Partnerships and HR Business Partner at HR360 Ltd, as well as Head of People and Culture at Enjoy Education. Jen has also worked at Visa in multiple HR capacities, including HR Manager and Associate HR Manager. Prior to Visa, Jen held roles as an Executive Assistant at Crasner Consulting and Egon Zehnder, as well as in temporary positions for various private equity firms. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology from the University of Southampton.
