Joy Dixon

Joy Dixon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, customer success, and program implementation across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Marketing and Customer Engagement at Lumen Learning, Joy previously excelled at BellXcel as the Director of Customer Success, where strategic partner success and retention were prioritized. Earlier roles included national leadership and program development at New Leaders Council, and health systems management at the American Cancer Society, where initiatives led to significant advances in cancer screening rates. Joy holds both a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Management and a Master's degree in Public Health from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
