Archana Upadhyay

Archana Upadhyay has extensive experience in research operations and project management. Archana is currently the Head of Research Operations at Lumen Research Ltd. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director at GfK NOP from 2012 to 2017. Archana also served as a Client Services Team Leader at Toluna from 2011 to 2012. Archana's earlier experience includes being a Project Management Team Lead at The iD Factor, now a part of Progressive Digital Media, from 2008 to 2012, and a Project Manager at The iD Factor, now acquired by Progressive Digital Media, from 2007 to 2008.

Archana Upadhyay completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Delhi University between 1997 and 2000. Archana later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2001 to 2003.
