Amy Herman, MSOD, PCC, is the President and CEO of Bridge Light Consulting, Coaching, & Connecting, LLC, where they have focused on organizational effectiveness and leadership development since 2012. They have previously held roles such as Director of Public Affairs at Washington DCJCC and Workforce Resources Specialist at NIH. Currently, Amy serves as a faculty member in Leadership Development, Change Management, and Coaching at Management Concepts and as the Director of Organization Development and HR Solutions at Lumen Technologies. With a strong background in organization development and change management, Amy has designed and implemented various programs across non-profit and governmental sectors.
