Arleigh Smith

Arleigh Smith is a Sr Lead Operations Analyst at Lumen, currently overseeing critical operational initiatives. Prior to this, they held various managerial roles at CenturyLink, including Area Operations Manager for Central and Eastern Idaho, where they managed a significant team and budget while fostering relationships with local business organizations. Arleigh began their career at CenturyLink as an Area Coordinator and later served as an Area Supervisor in Missouri, focusing on technician management for new services. They hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy and Leadership, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), both obtained from Western Governors University.
