Arta Doci is currently the Chief of Staff for Product Segments at Lumen Technologies, where they focus on driving strategic alignment and operational excellence to support innovation and growth. With previous roles including VP of Transformation at Covaris and Vice President of Operational Excellence at Eurofins, Arta has a proven track record in fostering resilient organizations and enhancing employee engagement through Lean principles and innovative practices. Earlier in their career, Arta served as a Transformation Consultant and IT Team Leader at the United Nations, leveraging diverse experiences to champion continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. They also contributed to academia as a faculty member at the University of Colorado, where they designed and taught courses in Software Engineering and Computer Security.
