Bill Lucas has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, holding various technical and managerial roles over the years. At Breezeline, from May 2019 to November 2024, Bill served as the Southern Regional Headend Manager for Florida and South Carolina. Bill continued to enhance professional expertise as a Senior Network Planning Engineer at Lumen Technologies, starting in June 2025. Prior to these roles, Bill was with Antietam Broadband/Schurz Communications for over three decades, focusing on headend systems management and HFC system design. Bill also completed a tenure as a Data Center Project Manager at MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc., overseeing VA datacenter build-out projects. Bill holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronics from Hagerstown Community College, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
